Shipping (International Delivery)

We offer international delivery ONLY to North America  and Australia.

Shipping is done via EMS (Express Global Mail) or DHL with insurance and a tracking number.

Delivery time is typically within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment for North America and Australia.

The shipping cost is a global flat rate. We send our products by EMS (Express Mail Service by the Japanese post office) or DHL . In very rare cases, however, it may not be possible to deliver to certain countries by EMS.

All of our products are shipped from Japan.

We usually ship the item within 1-3 business days after the payment is received. The parcel will then be in transit for 4-11 business days, so altogether please calculate about business days. Also please keep in mind that it may take some additional day(s) at customs (which unfortunately we cannot control) and there might be some delays due to holidays or a sudden reduction in stock.

After your item has shipped, you will immediately receive an EMS or DHL tracking number by email so you can keep track of your parcel's location at any time. Since it is traceable, safe and insured, there's no need to worry. However, please track your parcel yourself and make sure you know when it will arrive. We will keep you informed if there are any major delays. We are always here for you via email or phone. Our interest is to satisfy our customers.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Purchaser is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Please note that for countries outside Japan import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges and customs holding times may vary depending on the value of the package and the final destination address. We try our best to keep charges as low as possible, however we are unable to control or predict the final charges.Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the purchaser. If you need to pay import duties and taxes, the courier will contact you for more information ahead of delivery. Returns and Exchange

COVID-19 Policies

YA-MAN’s takes the health concerns around the Coronavirus very seriously and encourages their large staff and customers to prioritize their health first.

We are working on providing a safe environment for our customers and employees.

Temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once a product has left the our logistic center, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

Refused Orders

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your order at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any international shipping costs incurred by YA-MAN USA LTD. plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the return package and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.

Cancellations

Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed.

DELAYS TO ALL DELIVERIES

Please note all logistics providers in Japan and overseas are experiencing delays to normal delivery timelines.

This is due to both the drastic reduction in commercial flights that would otherwise carry your parcels; as well as the huge spike in volume across all networks.

 

CHANGES TO THE WAY PARCELS ARE DELIVERED

There’s a few changes where ALL couriers and postal delivery services in overseas are doing whatever they can to keep their staff safe.

This means that parcels will be left without human or other unnecessary contact including

  • WITHOUT SIGNATURE
  • WITHOUT KNOCKING ON DOORS
  • WITHOUT RINGING DOOR BELLS
  • WITHOUT CALLING FIRST

You will still be sent tracking details for all deliveries and if you are concerned, we suggest you follow the real-time tracking and notify the recipient when your order is delivered.
